Welcome to Tea Ducks. This document outlines our Shipping and Returns Policy, applicable exclusively within the United Kingdom for transactions conducted through our website, www.teaducks.com. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 

1. Shipping Information

 

Dispatch Schedule:

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

 

Delivery Rates and Times:

UK Deliveries:

Free delivery for orders over £50.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class.

For orders under £50.00, the following rates apply:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature: £5.50

  • For Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class, we aim to deliver orders within the next three to five working days if placed by 2 PM, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.​

  • For Royal Mail 1st Class, we aim to deliver orders within the next three to five working days if placed by 2 PM, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.​​

 

2. Return Policy

At Tea Ducks, we hope every order arrives just as it should. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy below is here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days from the dispatch date.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds apply to the product price only. Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

 

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned.

Incorrect Delivery

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us with details of the issue and proof of purchase.

 

A refund or exchange will be arranged once the incorrect item is returned within 28 days in its original condition and packaging.

Lost Returns

If a return is lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to claim compensation from the courier.

 

Tea Ducks is not liable for returns lost before reaching our returns address.
