Moonlight White Tea: Lab Test Reports

Moonlight White is a distinctive tea, and we hold the evidence to the same standard as the leaf. This page contains the laboratory test reports for Moonlight White Tea, published by batch so you can review the results directly.

Each batch listed here is commissioned by Tea Ducks and independently tested by Eurofins, including a screen for 600+ pesticide residues (and, where applicable, heavy metals). Results are batch-specific and reflect the laboratory’s methods and reporting limits; where applicable, values can be compared with UK/EU MRLs.

Guidance on reading the Certificate of Analysis (COA)

The COA shown on this page is batch-specific and applies to the same batch used for both Moonlight White Tea and Moonlight White Tea Cake. If you’d like to view the tea alongside its testing record, you can visit the product pages here: Moonlight White Tea and Moonlight White Tea Cake. The notes below explain the key terms you’ll see in the report images.

  • What does “ND” mean?
Not Detected (ND) means the substance was not detected above the laboratory’s stated LOQ for that test and panel.

  • What are LOQ / LOD?
LOQ and LOD are the laboratory’s quantification and detection limits for the method used.

  • What do the units mean (e.g., mg/kg)?
Units such as mg/kg show the concentration reported in the sample.

Moonlight White Tea: Scope and limitations

We publish these Certificates of Analysis (COA) as part of our commitment to batch-level transparency. For accurate interpretation, please read each report within the scope of the laboratory’s stated panel, methods, and reporting limits.

  • Batch-specific: Each COA applies only to the batch code shown on this page.

  • Panel-based scope: The “600+ pesticide residues” refers to the laboratory’s screening panel commissioned for that batch (the exact scope is shown on the COA).

  • Methods and LOQ: Reported results reflect the laboratory’s test method and Limit of Quantification (LOQ) for that screen; “Not Detected” should be read in relation to the stated LOQ.

  • Regulatory context: Where applicable, reported values can be compared with UK/EU Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for context.
